1. What different points of view do we see in this story? 
R/= Well, clearly each one of them have his own point of view about something. The focus of the view in all the persons worldwide  depends of a lot of factors like the education, the familiar environment, etc. In this case, we have just read, we can see two different ways of do the things and see the world. The white man, who received education, is working on something that he studied to be capable of. In the other hand, the black man, who just know how to do works that requires strenght, and there´s no need to study for that. The situation of superiority of the white man, give him the opportunity to pay for do the things and the black man, who needs to earn money, to feed himself and his family have to do that things. 
The white man just care about himself and the things to be done when he wants. Meanwhile the black man living in such a bad conditions, is thinking how to feed his family the following days. In this story, we can see the power of the money.

2. Explain the reasons behind the miscommunication that occurred between these two men.
R/=  I think that the most important reason of the  miscommunication between these two mens is the difference in the social status. The white considers himself superior and doesn´t want to go down for a moment and interact with the black man. And the black man is scared of approaching the white man because If he bothers much the white man he could get fired and then can´t have how to feed his family. He just keeps the distance, works harder ir order to be seen by the white man and get a gain on his salary .The lack of humility from the white man, makes the black man to wonder the reason of that attitude. Actually, these situations are destroying the world. All of us are humans. All of us deserve respect.
